Series 105 Run 3 – 6 March 2024 – Run No. 627

SYDNEY CORPORATE CUP POINTSCORE TROPHY
Conditions were very warm for run 3, and turnout was lower than for the previous run. Three teams broke the 100-point mark, Macquarie Generals with 149, Domain Dashers with 130, and Reserve Bank Magic Milers with 100. These scores saw a change in the top 3.  The total points scored in run 3 was 2,034.

RABOBANK KNOCKOUT TROPHY
There was one high scoring match, where both teams earned over 100 points, in this round. Macquarie Generals beat Domain Dashers, 149 to 130.  There was also the second draw for this series with Liberty Legends and IAG Road Runners, both achieving 64.

Philip CONWAY of IAG Road Runners was the fastest man with the time of 22.05.  Cathy LIU of Reserve Bank Magic Milers was fastest woman, with 26.20.  There were 34 fast runners, 27 males (11%) and 7 females (7%).

Congratulations to Domain Dashers, who had the best turnout in run 3 with a perfect score of 15. They were followed by Australian Museum Runosaurs and Macquarie Generals on 13, and then, four teams tying on 12 points. The total turnout was 349 counting runners, 254 males and 95 females.
