GENERAL BUSINESS

SYDNEY CORPORATE CUP POINTSCORE TROPHY
Conditions were again warm and dry for the second run of the series. A good day for running. We had a respectable turnout for run 2, although, slightly down on the first run, but there were some remarkable scores.

An amazing 12 teams broke the 100-point mark, and the total points scored in run 2 was 3,156, more than 1,000 points higher than run 1.

RABOBANK KNOCKOUT TROPHY
Even though 12 teams achieved over 100 points, there were only two high scoring matches in the knockout, where both teams earned 100 or more points, Macquarie Generals, 152, defeated Domain Dashers, 113, and Policy on the Run, 118, defeated ASX Xtraordinaries, 109. 16 teams have moved into the third round.

FASTEST TEAM COMPETITION
Legal Eagles, once again, top scored with 9 points, ahead of Australian Museum Runosaurs with 5 points and Reserve Bank Magic Milers with 4.

Andrew LEE of Australian Museum Runosaurs was the fastest man with the time of 23.10, and Laura PATERSON of IA Running Capacity was fastest woman with 24.30. There were 45 fast runners, 32 males (12%) and 13 females (14%).

THE MAT GARROD MEMORIAL TEAM REPRESENTATION TROPHY
Congratulations to Reserve Bank Midday Milers who had the best turnout in run 2 with 14. They were followed by BT Dominators, Macquarie Nomads, and Transport Trainers, tied with 13, then a 4-way tie with 12.  The total turnout was 369 counting runners, 278 males and 91 females.
